Send equipment questions to support@broodtemperature.shop. Identify the incubator by its full name, then include the intended egg count and whether manual or automatic turning is required. If the question concerns a spare insert, include the tray-family number as well as the chamber name.

For a turning issue, describe the affected tray and what you observed before changing components. The Turn 24 Spare Tray contains no motor or heater, and the Observe Twelve Hatching Grid is a different part. A photograph of the unoccupied tray connection can make a fit question clearer.

An existing order enquiry should include its reference and the relevant item. Please describe packaging damage before discarding the carton. Do not send unnecessary personal details or payment credentials. Equipment correspondence cannot establish species-specific incubation settings or predict the outcome of a batch.
